All claims should be reported to the police. Certain types of claims have a 24-hour time limit from when you first noticed the damage or when the incident occurred. During regular business hours, a claim should be reported to our office. For claims occurring after our regular business hours, please use the numbers listed above.

It is important that claims involving water or sewage are taken care of immediately to avoid the breeding of bacteria, mould and other micro-organisms. Take steps to protect your property from further damage if it is safe to do so.
Should the claim involve fire – get everyone out of the dwelling immediately. Call 911 from a neighbour’s house. Then you can call the 24-hour claims number. Items can be replaced; lives cannot.
